Job Description

Senior Automation SME

Key Responsibilities

Serve as technology owner for Automation area, collaborating with TVH SME in a two-in-a-box model.
Expertise on Terraform and Ansible platforms
Own the low-level design and delivery of the automation initiatives
Review and maintain automation standards, frameworks, and best practices
Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone tasks suitable for automation
Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to streamline PaaS delivery
Ensure automation solutions comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
Implement audit trails, access controls, and monitoring mechanisms
Analyze performance data to refine and enhance automation
Enforce security controls and ensure compliance.
Act as an escalation point for complex issues and troubleshooting.
Allocate 50% effort to Automation designs and 50% to project support.
Relevant professional certifications preferred.

Must-Have Skills

Experience in Terraform and ansible platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive automation mindset

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with cloud platforms
GCP and Services
