Automation Engineer

As an experienced candidate with 2+ years of experience in automation machine, you will be responsible for the following key roles and responsibilities: - **Technical**: - Analyze the system layout and description, considering control engineering standards and special parts. - Test the PLC program based on the protocol system on simulation. - Assist in acceptance testing and submit the test results to the Project Manager for final acceptance. - Engage in customer communication during DAP and commissioning to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. - Provide technical coaching and guidance on technical challenges raised by the team. - Explore smarter and cost-effective technology and solutions to reduce costs through alternative methods. - **Communication**: - **Internal**: - Report to Manager Automation. - Communicate effectively at various levels including team leaders and subordinates. - **External**: - Interact with customers. - **Competency**: - Possess 2+ years of experience in machine automation. - Have core knowledge in Siemens (S7-300, S7-1200, & S7-1500) and Rockwell (MicroLogix, Compact Logix & Control Logix) automation systems. - Ability to program in multiple languages, including ladder logic, FBD, SCL & STL. - Proficient in reading and interpreting PLC wiring diagrams and Control Narratives.
