Please note:

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across multiple platforms and services.
Work extensively with
REST
and
GraphQL APIs
for integrations.
Leverage tools like
n8n
(knowledge/experience is a strong plus) or similar automation platforms.
Research, test, and implement new technologies to improve processes and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues independently.
Document workflows, integrations, and processes clearly for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements

Strong understanding of
REST
and
GraphQL APIs
.
Proven experience with
API-based integrations
and automation projects.
Hands-on experience with
n8n
or similar workflow automation tools is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Comfort with navigating ambiguous challenges using
Google searches, documentation, and AI tools
.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
Experience with SaaS integrations (e.g., CRMs, ITSM tools, monitoring platforms).
