Senior Manager - Robotics & Automation

FUNCTIONAL AREAS:

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead robotic welding, handling, assembly, and automation systems across all plants; ensure uptime, consistency, and cycle-time optimization.
Drive automation for production, assembly lines, and material handling systems such as conveyors, lifters, manipulators, and robotic pick-and-place units.
Develop and execute the automation roadmap focused on productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process standardization.
Design and implement robotic cells, assembly fixtures, jigs, manipulators, and end-of-line automation solutions.
Improve production flow through layout optimization, takt-time analysis, and elimination of bottlenecks.
Guide PLC logic changes, sensor troubleshooting, servo motion tuning, and HMI enhancements for smooth production operations.
Manage vendors for automation, robotic cells, assembly systems, and material handling equipment; oversee BOQ, installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT.
Support digital factory initiatives such as dashboards, machine monitoring, OEE tracking, and automated traceability.
Train production, assembly, and maintenance teams in robotics operation, troubleshooting, and safety.
Ensure CE/ISO safety compliance across robotic, assembly, and material handling automation.
