Automation & CRM Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Automation & CRM Executive who can handle our customer journey from automation to support. You will be responsible for setting up and managing email campaigns, WhatsApp API integrations, CRM management, and basic customer support. Key Responsibilities: Manage ActiveCampaign (email automation) – sequences, tagging, funnels Setup and manage WhatsApp API platforms (WATI / AiSensy) for automated customer journeys CRM management (data entry, automation workflows, lead nurturing) Coordinate with the team for campaign execution and tracking Provide basic customer support through email, WhatsApp, and calls Generate reports for campaigns and suggest improvements Required Skills: Experience in ActiveCampaign or similar email automation tools Knowledge of WhatsApp API platforms (WATI / AiSensy preferred) Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, Zoho, or similar) Strong communication skills (Hindi + English) Tech-savvy and problem-solving mindset
