Roles and Responsibilites

Responsibilities:

-Analyze workflows and processes across departments to identify automation opportunities.

-Design and implement automation workflows using tools like n8n, Gumloop, and other agent-building platforms.

-Develop custom scripts and integrations using Python, with a strong focus on API connectivity and data flow.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

-Stay updated with the latest trends in AI for the web industry and identify areas where AI can enhance operations or user experiences.

-Create clear, concise documentation for automation workflows, integrations, and best practices to ensure maintainability and team adoption.

Requirements

-Proven experience in automation, workflow analysis, or process optimization.

-Hands-on knowledge of n8n, Gumloop, or similar agent/no-code tools.

-Strong programming skills in Python, with a solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration methods.

-Strong understanding of different LLM models.

-Understanding of how AI technologies are shaping the web industry, including use cases like personalization, content generation, chatbots, etc. -Excellent communication and documentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.

Nice to Have:

-Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Langchain, or similar tools.

-Experience working with CMS platforms, CRMs, or marketing automation tools.

-Knowledge of data transformation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
