Role Overview: As an AutoCAD Draftsman at our company, you will be a crucial member of our team responsible for creating precise technical drawings for various water treatment and distribution projects. You will play a key role in developing waterworks designs using AutoCAD software. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 2D drawings for waterworks projects including L-sections, treatment plant layouts, piping systems, and other water infrastructure components using AutoCAD. - Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure drawings accurately reflect project specifications and requirements. - Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant drafting standards and symbols. - Adhere to company quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings. - Revise existing drawings as needed based on project updates or client feedback. Qualifications: - 1-4+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in the waterworks or civil engineering industry. - Proven ability to create high-quality, error-free AutoCAD drawings. - Strong understanding of AutoCAD features and functionality. - Working knowledge of drafting principles and conventions. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
