AutoCAD Draftsperson - Ghitorni, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter who is proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and integrating Audio-Visual (AV) system and cable layouts into them. This role requires coordination with the design and project teams to ensure accurate technical drawings, as well as site visits to understand physical layouts and verify on-ground implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings and prepare AV system and cabling layout plans accordingly.
• Draft AV equipment placement, conduit routes, cable paths, elevations, rack layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with project engineers and consultants to ensure drawings reflect the functional and technical requirements.
• Modify and update drawings as per site conditions, client feedback, or design changes.
• Conduct site visits to understand room dimensions, cable pathways, and infrastructure readiness.
• Verify that site work aligns with approved drawings and highlight any deviations.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for project tracking.
• Work closely with the installation team to resolve design-related issues in real time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus).
• Strong understanding of architectural layouts, MEP coordination, and AV systems (preferred).
• Ability to visualize and translate technical information into clear, accurate drawings.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and field checks.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AV systems like speakers, projectors, control systems, cabling standards, etc.
• Experience working with AV consultants, integrators, or contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
