With a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction, we’re looking to expand our team with a reliable and motivated AutoCAD Draftsman to support our growing operations. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD draftsman with expertise in permit drawings and applications, detailed residential drawings including electrical and plumbing layouts, and drafting residential plans using AutoCAD software based on concepts and specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Permit drawings & Permit application ( K-Smart & Sanketham) Prepare the complete set of construction drawings of assigned residential projects, including electrical & plumping Basic structural drawings. Coordination with site engineers, project coordinators, architects, team leads etc. Create 2D technical drawings. Revise and update AutoCAD drawings. Prepare detailed elevation drawings, sectional drawings (residential). Ensure drawings meet industry standards, codes and project requirements. Maintain organised project documentation. Interpret Sketches, blueprints and design concepts to develop accurate CAD drawings. Meet deadlines efficiently. Conduct Site visits. Create RLM drawings. Coordinate with govt. bodies for building permit. Create presentations and reports. Required skills: AutoCAD Knowledge in permit applications- K Smart & Sanketham. Knowledge in MEP & construction drawings. MS office. Qualification & Experience: B-tech 3-4 Years of experience. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits.
