AutoCAD Draftperson/Interior Designer/Architect

Shraddha Bishen Design House is seeking a versatile and highly skilled professional to join our team in Deoria. The ideal candidate will be a blend of a precise AutoCAD Draftperson, a creative Interior Designer, and a functionally aware Architect (or architectural-savvy professional). This full-time, on-site role involves translating design concepts into accurate technical drawings, developing interior layouts, and assisting with architectural documentation for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Drafting & Documentation:Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and working plans using AutoCAD for interior design and architectural projects (e.g., floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, electrical/plumbing plans).Translate design sketches and concepts from the principal designer/architect into precise, scaled drawings.Ensure all drawings adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Manage, organize, and archive all project drawing files and documentation.Design & Planning:Assist in the development of conceptual designs and space planning for interior and architectural projects.Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fittings, keeping in mind budget and aesthetic goals.Prepare design presentations and documentation for client reviews.Coordination & Execution:Coordinate closely with the design team, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct site visits as needed in Deoria and surrounding areas to take measurements, verify site conditions, and monitor construction progress against drawings.Revise and update drawings based on feedback, site conditions, and project changes in a timely manner.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Proven professional experience in a similar role combining drafting and design.Technical Proficiency:Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D drafting) is mandatory.Proficiency in other relevant design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.Core Competencies:Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction techniques, and architectural concepts.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
