Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an AutoCAD Designer with 2–3 years of experience in architectural drawings. The candidate will create design plans and technical drawings for small, occupiable structures built using modified shipping containers.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for container-based stores, offices, kiosks, and other small structures.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and layout designs.
Work with the project team to understand requirements and convert them into accurate drawings.
Update designs based on feedback from clients and engineers.
Ensure drawings follow industry standards and structural feasibility.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer/Draftsman.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and spatial design.
Experience in designing small structures, prefabs, or container modifications is an added advantage.
Good understanding of materials and basic construction methods.
Ability to read and translate sketches into technical drawings.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of 3D modeling (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to visualize small interior layouts and exterior aesthetics.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
