Coordinate day-to-day office operations across departments (production, dispatch, sales, purchase). Maintain job sheets, track order status, and ensure timely communication between teams. Follow up with clients for approvals, materials, and deliveries. Assist in production planning and update daily production and dispatch reports. Handle inward/outward material records and coordinate with vendors. Schedule meetings, manage documentation, and support overall office administration. Work closely with the management to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs. Requirements: Experience in a printing & packaging unit preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak seasons. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
