Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and confident International Sales Executives with prior experience in international BPO sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international customers (Australian market) to promote and sell energy products/services.
• Achieve sales targets through outbound calls and effective negotiation.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in Australian energy or international voice process will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Shift Timing:

5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
