Audit Team Leader

We are hiring a candidate with minimum of 5 years' experience in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm, having in-depth expertise in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Accounting, and Compliance services.

The candidate must have a strong hold on Bookkeeping, Balance Sheet Drafting, and Audit Execution.

Experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, PTax compliances, and handling Income Tax and GST Litigation (notice replies, drafting submissions, departmental representation) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Statutory, Tax audit, and internal audits independently.

Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and prepare accounting records.

Finalize books of accounts and draft balance sheets and financial statements.

Handle GST returns, Income Tax filings, TDS returns, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliances.

Manage Income Tax and GST litigation matters (reply to notices, assessments, department coordination).

Communicate directly with clients and prepare audit documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ full-time experience in a reputed CA firm (mandatory).

Strong command over bookkeeping, account finalization, balance sheet drafting, and audit execution.

Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and PTax laws.

Experience in handling tax litigation and departmental matters.

Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.

Good communication and independent working skills.
