Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage
audit engagements
for mid-market and privately owned businesses.
Coach and support
offshore audit teams
, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
Ensure compliance with
UK GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS
, and firm policies.
Prepare and review
audit reports, opinions, and client communications
.
Build and maintain strong
client relationships
, providing timely updates and insights.
Participate in
audit planning and debrief sessions
to drive continuous improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and contribute to
team development
.
Apply prior UK audit experience to deliver accurate, high-quality audits aligned for private listed entities.

Preferred candidate profile

Professional Qualification
: ACA / ICAI / CA / ACCA (or equivalent).
Hands-on experience in
external audits
, preferably in mid-market or privately owned business sector.
Strong technical knowledge of
audit standards and financial reporting frameworks
.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
.
Proficiency in
audit software
and
Microsoft Office tools
.
Demonstrates
ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to quality and growth
.
