Audit Manager(CA - Taxation& GST)

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a candidate who completed CA for Audit Manager role in our company who has experience in working with a manufacturing company for Chennai location and find the JD below

JD:

• Creating a framework for ensuring GST compliance on due dates for all branches & closely monitoring the same
• Ensuring complete GST compliances for all transactions
• Ensuring optimal ITC credit utilization & following up with the stakeholders for ITC not reflecting in GSTR2B & vice versa
• Experience in handling GST Assessments and Notices received from GST Department
• Ensuring Secretarial compliances
• Ensure compliances with Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act etc. for all branches
• Manage and follow up with any notices received from Income Tax Department
• Follow up on Insurance claims
• Follow up on Customs cases & refund applications
• Ensuring complete utilisation of Export & MSME benefits
• Strategizing & follow up for Recovery cases
• Co-Ordination with stakeholders for any other legal cases
• Conduct periodical training to the Accounts team across India for new developments and changes happening under Taxation

Experience- 2 to 3 years

Qualification- CS /CA only
