Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and verify data in MIS databases.
Check and correct data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Maintain and update databases for smooth accessibility.
Perform quality checks to avoid errors or discrepancies.
Work with other departments to gather and validate data.
Ensure confidentiality and follow data security guidelines.
Suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
Prepare reports and summaries to support business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
Basic knowledge of data entry tools/software.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
