Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Equivalent
Preference: Candidates who have completed an internship in Audit, Accounts, or Compliance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our audit and compliance team. The candidate should have completed an internship in audit or finance and be eager to build a career ensuring that company operations meet internal controls and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in internal and external audits under the supervision of senior auditors.
• Review financial statements, vouchers, and ledgers for accuracy and compliance.
• Support in preparing audit schedules and documentation.
• Verify adherence to company policies and statutory guidelines (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate financial data.
• Identify process deviations and suggest corrective measures.
• Prepare audit reports and maintain proper records.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting standards and auditing principles.
• Hands-on experience (through internship) in accounting or audit processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally or similar accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
