• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance staff understanding of
compliance requirements and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve audit and compliance processes to enhance efficiency
and effectiveness, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and proficiency
in relevant audit and compliance software.
• Manage the audit and compliance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and
adherence to financial constraints.
