Audit Analyst

As a member of the Audit team, your role involves ensuring an effective control environment and compliance with financial policies, focusing on the quality of financial deliverables and audit work. You will be the primary point of contact for the audit team with external auditors and GFA Pune, providing day-to-day compliance audit support. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, managing, monitoring, and improving audit work with GFA teams, site controllers, and external auditors. - Maintaining a thorough understanding of financial reporting and processes for RTR, OTC, and PTP activities to enhance the quality of accounting deliverables and ensure compliance and controls. - Implementing and driving a Zero-defect audit culture. - Supporting Component Audit and Centralized Audit for Eaton global sites with external auditors. - Tracking audit progress and plans to execute improvements, drive efficiencies, and innovation. - Performing and enhancing reporting responsibilities to exceed customer expectations, building strong business acumen, and driving a culture of quality and automation. - Identifying and implementing best practices to improve processes. - Performing additional activities as assigned. - Building a scalable and capable organization to deliver quality services. Qualifications required for this role include: - Accounting Degree - CA with 2-3 years of experience in a CA firm Skills required for this role: - Understanding of accounts, audit, and financial processes. - Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. - Good experience with SAP & Oracle R12. - Demonstrate problem-solving skills and flexibility to adopt new changes, learnings, and skills. - Ability to handle multi-tasks and work independently.
