Audiologist

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Audiologist located on-site in Jabalpur. The Audiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing problems and balance disorders. Daily tasks will include conducting hearing tests, fitting hearing aids, providing auditory training, and educating patients about hearing loss and prevention. The Audiologist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients, manage patient records, and stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders
• Experience in conducting hearing tests and fitting hearing aids
• Strong communication skills to educate and counsel patients about hearing issues and prevention
• Knowledge of auditory training techniques and rehabilitation strategies
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage patient records efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or a related field
• Licensure or certification as an Audiologist
