Audiologist Business Support

You will be responsible for delivering all clinical audiology services in Amplifon clinics, from audiology diagnostics to hearing aid fitting and verification. As a strong and effective communicator, you must possess the ability to build trust, value others, and demonstrate high integrity. Your role will involve operating all audiometric equipment and administering diagnostic audiological tests for both adults and children, along with interpreting the results. Additionally, you should be capable of subjectively calibrating audiometers and impedance meters, while maintaining a working knowledge of the pathology of hearing and related speech disorders. In this position, you will be expected to counsel adults with hearing loss using client-centered approaches and stay updated on current and past hearing aid technologies. You must be proficient in fitting and verifying hearing aids and assistive devices for adults with hearing loss. Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and conducting relevant correspondence will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you should be able to foster positive relationships with doctors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Your willingness to collaborate within different teams, both in the field and at the head office, while ensuring a high level of accountability with each customer, is essential. Adaptability to learn and improve clinical work based on feedback is crucial, as is aligning with the organization's objectives and goals. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP or MASLP).,
