Role Description

Position is FULLY REMOTE WORKING AUSTRALIA TIMEZONE

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Programming:

  Develop and program robust AV control systems using platforms like

  Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS (QSC), Biamp

  , and others.
• Integrate custom

  Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs)

  for control system touch panels to ensure an intuitive client experience.

• System Integration & Debugging:

  Perform expert

  on-site and remote troubleshooting

  and debugging of AV systems. Ensure seamless system integration and

  optimize performance

  across converged AV and IT environments.

• Industry Expertise:

  Continuously stay updated with emerging AV technologies, programming languages, and industry trends to maintain Zapperr AV's competitive edge.
• Manage Client Interaction and Collaborate to get the best outcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV designing, programming, and schematic designing
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems and technologies
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in AV programming and technology
• Proficiency with industry-leading AV brands and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
