Role Description As an Expert AV Programmer, you will be responsible for developing innovative audio-visual solutions that meet the complex needs of our diverse clientele. This requires a deep understanding of AV technologies, collaboration platforms , and the ability to present and deliver comprehensive, seamlessly integrated solutions for various environments. Position is FULLY REMOTE WORKING AUSTRALIA TIMEZONE Key Responsibilities: Technical Programming: Develop and program robust AV control systems using platforms like Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS (QSC), Biamp , and others. Integrate custom Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) for control system touch panels to ensure an intuitive client experience. System Integration & Debugging: Perform expert on-site and remote troubleshooting and debugging of AV systems. Ensure seamless system integration and optimize performance across converged AV and IT environments. Industry Expertise: Continuously stay updated with emerging AV technologies, programming languages, and industry trends to maintain Zapperr AV's competitive edge. Manage Client Interaction and Collaborate to get the best outcome. Qualifications Experience in AV designing, programming, and schematic designing Strong knowledge of audiovisual systems and technologies Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications in AV programming and technology Proficiency with industry-leading AV brands and solutions Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
