Audio Video Service Technician

As an AV Service Technician at our company in Chennai, you will utilize your 1+ years of experience to perform fault finding on audio visual and video conferencing systems with efficiency even under pressure. Your responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance on client-owned equipment, demonstrating knowledge of Crestron/AMX control systems, configuring and troubleshooting audio conferencing systems like Clearone/Biamp/Soundstructure, utilizing networking expertise to diagnose IP integrated systems, providing support for TV/Satellite RF and Video systems, and completing detailed paperwork for each job to ensure comprehensive reports on the work accomplished. Clear and concise communication of identified faults to clients and an enthusiastic and organized approach to all service activities are essential attributes for this role. Key Skills: - Experience in Audio Visual installation - Comfortable with field job requirements This is a full-time position with fixed shift schedules.
