Audio Video Service Technician

As an AV Service Technician at the company, your role will involve fault finding of audio visual and video conferencing systems to a high level, even under pressure. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance of client-owned equipment, and should have knowledge of Crestron/AMX control systems. Additionally, you will be required to configure and troubleshoot audio conferencing systems such as Clearone, Biamp, and Soundstructure. Networking knowledge is essential for fault finding in IP integrated systems. Supporting TV/Satellite RF and video systems will also be part of your responsibilities. It is important to complete paperwork for each job, ensuring comprehensive reports on the work completed. Clear and concise communication of identified faults to clients is vital. An enthusiastic and organized approach to all assigned service activities is expected from you.
