Attendant / Guard

Description

We are looking for an experienced Attendant / Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on security and safety. This is a full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property
• Control and manage access to the facility, checking identification, and ensuring authorized entry
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and staff, answering questions and providing information as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities, completing reports as required
• Perform routine security checks and inspections, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or risks
• Assist with crowd control and event security as needed
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations
