Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ATM Service Engineer located in Kozhikode/ Kannur. The ATM Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of ATMs on a day-to-day basis.

Freshers are also welcome.

Role

• Visiting the proposed site for ATM installation and providing report on availability of open space to install the ATM machine.
• Providing onsite technical support to field engineers, and assisting them in ATM installation when an ATM arrives at its site.
• Providing training to customers on working of ATM and handling their queries by providing proper solutions and rectification regarding maintenance, repairs and other technical problems in coordination with the ATM vendor.
• Coordinating with the Internal team, customers and ATM vendor on a daily basis by sharing relevant information to ensure minimum ATM downtime.
• Provides status report on the Site visited and the related maintenance conducted.
• Replenish required ATM/CDM machine resources (Paper roll etc..) and conduct maintenance activity of ATM/CDM machines at customer’s premises in coordination with the customer.
