Job Summary:

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience administering Atlassian products (

  Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd

  ).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ITIL/ITSM concepts.
• Experience with JQL, REST APIs, and scripting tools like Script Runner or Groovy.
• Familiarity with user management, security controls, and permission schemes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, etc.).
• Create and manage custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports in Jira.
• Implement and maintain automation rules and scripts (e.g., using Script Runner or Automation for Jira).
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions across the Atlassian stack.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party systems (GitHub, Jenkins,).
• Support teams in adopting best practices for Agile, Scrum, and ITSM using Atlassian tools.
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate and execute upgrades, migrations, and plugin/app installations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and act as the primary point of contact for tool-related issues.

Nice to Have:

1. Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification.

2. Experience with Data Centre and/or Cloud versions of Atlassian tools.

3. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integrations (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, Git).
