ATG Architect

Job Summary:

Client is looking for ATG Architect and this is remote position from India.

Responsibilities:

OPS Support (50%):

• Take ownership of production issues, troubleshoot, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high system availability.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, QA, and DevOps) for smooth operations.
• Manage ATG deployments, configurations, and performance tuning.
• Monitor system health and proactively address potential risks.

Loan Rangers Team Guidance (50%):

• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices to the Loan Rangers development team.
• Review code, design solutions, and ensure compliance with ATG standards.
• Support both development and maintenance of ATG modules, integrations, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to align deliverables with project timelines.
• Mentor junior developers and foster technical skill development within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ATG Commerce with proven architectural and development expertise.
• Strong Java/J2EE background with expertise in ATG components (Dynamo, BCC, CSC, CRS, etc.).
• Solid understanding of ATG deployment architecture, caching, indexing, and integration points.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to work with diverse technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platform integrations (e.g., CommerceTools, payment gateways).
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and monitoring systems (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk).
