**Job Description** As a **Food and Beverage/Culinary Operations Manager** at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, your role involves overseeing guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and achieving financial goals. You will be responsible for creating a property environment that fosters motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service to both guests and employees, responding promptly to concerns, and using coaching skills effectively throughout the property. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and nurture a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, and teamwork - Provide excellent customer service to all employees - Respond quickly and proactively to employee's concerns - Use coaching skills effectively throughout the property - Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm - Motivate and encourage staff to address guest and employee concerns - Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest's concerns - Understand and uphold the brand's service culture - Set service expectations for all guests internally and externally - Take ownership of guest complaints/problems until resolved - Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction - Develop relationships with guests to build repeated clientele **Qualifications Required:** - High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area - OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major from an accredited university with 1 year of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area At Marriott International, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, valuing and celebrating the unique backgrounds of our associates.
