Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales. The role is located in Budge Budge-I. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing sales activities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales performance.

  • Experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
