Key Responsibilities:

• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and identification of new business opportunities in the energy sector.
• Drive business development activities including client engagement, proposal preparation, and partner evaluations.
• Develop financial models, conduct project feasibility studies, and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior team members or interns in the Energy Business team.

What We're Looking For:

• MBA (Finance, Strategy, or Operations) from a reputed institute.

• 3-6 years of work experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or consulting.
• 
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
