Position : Asst Company Secretary Exp : 2 to 9 yrsQualification: ACSJob Location : Coimbatore looking for earliest joiner.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary at KLRF Ltd., located in Coimbatore. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for handling compliance with corporate governance, maintaining statutory records and registers, preparing and filing statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities, assisting in the organization of board meetings and general meetings, and drafting resolutions and minutes. The role also involves liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing administrative support to the company secretary.

Qualifications

Knowledge of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements
Experience in maintaining statutory records and preparing statutory returns and forms
Skilled in organizing meetings, drafting resolutions, and maintaining minutes
Good liaisoning skills with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in administrative support and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
CS qualification from ICSI
