Asst/Dy Manager - Sales & BD (Cold Chain)

As an AM/Dy Manager in the Sales & Marketing department based in Chandigarh, you will be reporting to the Sr. Manager Sales and BD, North. Your role will involve assisting the Sr. Manager in various areas to drive sales growth for Metaflex. Key Responsibilities & Authorities: - Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets for Metaflex by employing direct sales strategies such as cold calling and in-person sales calls. - Support in closing sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account planning, and opportunity management. - Help in establishing and nurturing key account and channel partner relationships to drive sales. - Identify and recruit channel partners, and manage Metaflex resellers effectively. - Understand customer needs, suggest suitable solutions, and maintain in-depth knowledge of Metaflex technologies. - Develop competitive knowledge on industries and products to enhance the consultative sales approach and support the sales team in strategy development. - Contribute to closing sales deals and meeting sales revenue targets set for the CY.
