Job Description

Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts & Finance (5-6 Years Experience)

  1. Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
  2. Prepare and review financial statements like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  3. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance against targets.
  4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  5. Handle bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and coordination with banks for financial transactions.
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.
  7. Support in internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and reports.
  8. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to financial policies and budgets.
  9. Assist in financial analysis, cost control, and management reporting for decision-making.
  10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  11. Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.
  12. Support the CFO in strategic planning and implementation of financial systems and processes.
