Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supervise all warehouse activities including loading and unloading of goods. Ensure proper stocking and stacking of materials in an organized and planned manner. Implement and monitor FIFO (First-In-First-Out) procedures consistently. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to align inbound and outbound stock movements. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations with physical inventory. Generate and manage reports, pick slips, GRNs, stock ledgers , and other relevant documentation. Ensure the warehouse is well-maintained, clean, and complies with safety and regulatory standards. Train and manage warehouse staff and labor to ensure productivity and accuracy. Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Optimize space utilization and workflow within the warehouse. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience . Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control , and stock reconciliation. Hands-on experience with MS Excel . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
