Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work on the company's visa processing module/system to update, track, and maintain records.
Prepare, review, and verify visa documents before submission.
Coordinate with internal departments for visa-related requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated visa records in Excel and other internal tools.
Track visa application status and follow up with relevant authorities or embassies.
Ensure compliance with all visa regulations and documentation standards.
Assist in resolving any visa-related issues promptly and professionally.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in visa processing or documentation handling.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Familiarity with visa processing modules/software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in visa processing or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
