ASST. SALES MAN / ASST. SALES PERON - TEXTILE SHOWROOM

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail field to be considered for the position of ASM/ASP in a textile showroom. Your role will involve showroom administration, developing strategies to attract more customers, and increase profitability. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service. Handling returns and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner is also a key aspect of the job. Additionally, you are expected to propose innovative ideas to boost market share and ensure the showroom is well-maintained with discipline and cleanliness. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The job is full-time with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with a yearly bonus offered.
