Asst Mgr Crop Production and Procurement

As an Executive at Sresta Organic, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Ensure that Farmer Advisory Services are carried out by the team - Engage in Contract Farming and conduct programs with Growers/Farmers to promote practices in Organic Agriculture - Source Agricultural Commodities as per the plan and parameters (quality and pricing) - Expand the Area/Farmer membership for organic cultivation as per targets - Collaborate with the team to develop and ensure the execution of State-wise Business Plans to meet Key Result Areas (KRAs) such as targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, and Documentation compliance - Review the team's performance on key indicators and take necessary steps to meet the organization's goals and objectives Qualifications: - Education: BSc Agriculture - Experience: Experience in Agriculture Crop Production and Procurement role, Team handling experience If you are interested in the position, please email your application to careers@srestaorganic.com mentioning the specific position and location you are applying for.,
