Asst Mgr Crop Production and Procurement

You will be responsible for farm extension services, sustaining and expanding the area under Organic Contract Farming, and procurement of Agricultural Commodities. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that Farmer Advisory Services are carried out by the team, organizing Contract Farming and engagement programs with Growers/Farmers to promote practices in Organic Agriculture. Additionally, you will be accountable for sourcing Agriculture Commodities as per plan and parameters (quality and pricing). You will also oversee the Area Expansion/Farmer membership Expansion of organic cultivation as per targets. Working with the team, you will be required to develop and ensure the execution of a State-wise Business Plan to meet Key Result Areas (KRAs) such as targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, and Documentation compliance. It will be your responsibility to review the team's performance on key indicators and take necessary steps to meet the organization's goals and objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have a BSc in Agriculture and experience in Agriculture Crop Production and Procurement roles, along with team handling experience. The position is based in Mandsaur, and proficiency in the local language is required. If you are interested in the Executive position in Madurai, you should have experience in Agriculture Crop Production and Procurement roles. The role requires proficiency in the local language (Tamil) and is based in Madurai. For the Executive position in Udgir, the requirements are similar to the Madurai position, with the location being Udgir and proficiency in the local language (Kannada). Similarly, for the Executive positions in Nawalgarh, Kadapa, and Officer position in Hubli, the requirements are experience in Agriculture Crop Production and Procurement roles.
