Developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets by identifying and approaching potential clients, building relationships, and negotiating deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Agent Network: Build and nurture a robust network of travel agents to drive business and sales through third-party channels.
- MICE Business Development: Generate and manage inquiries for MICE events and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Wedding & Group Sales: Drive sales for weddings and special events, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Sales & Networking Activities: Participate in travel fairs, site visits, and corporate meetings to generate new business opportunities and strengthen industry connections.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding the targets set by management, focusing on increasing hotel occupancy and revenue.
- New Market Development: Identify new market opportunities and generate sales in untapped regions.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate with clients, particularly for wedding groups and large events, ensuring successful deal closure.
- Corporate Client Engagement: Regularly visit corporate clients to maintain and grow relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales within the hospitality industry.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
