Responsibilities –

1. Identify strategic

   property locations

   and build partnerships with brokers and developers
2. Conduct

   market research, feasibility studies

   , and competitor analysis
3. Lead

   negotiations

   with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders
4. Evaluate project cost,

5. Ensure

Requirements –

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

   Civil Engineering
