As an Assistant Manager in Sales & Operations at Enerdyne, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high service levels for our valued customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include planning and tracking monthly shipments, monitoring inventory levels, processing sales and purchase orders accurately, coordinating with stakeholders, and utilizing ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide proactive communication and support to customers and suppliers - Plan and track monthly shipments and monitor inventory - Process sales and purchase orders accurately - Coordinate with customers and suppliers for timely shipments - Work closely with internal teams and global partners for smooth operations - Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis **Qualifications Required:** - BTech/ BE degree with strong technical foundation - 6-12 years of experience in SCM, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination - Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel - Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach - Bonus points for automotive or manufacturing exposure - Growth-oriented with a hunger to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment Enerdyne is a pan-India automotive electro-component solutions company with strategic partnerships with leading global manufacturers.
