Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing

As a Manager for promoting ICFAI Group MBA Programs, your role involves contacting prospective students and counseling them about the MBA program offered by the University. You will be responsible for generating leads primarily from corporate employees through various means such as individual and group presentations, information desks, road shows, and networking. Additionally, you will be counseling the leads to secure admissions and achieving your individual target. Key Responsibilities: - Contacting prospective students and counseling them about the MBA program - Generating leads primarily from corporate employees - Conducting individual and group presentations - Setting up information desks and road shows at relevant locations - Networking to reach out to the target segment - Achieving individual targets Qualifications Required: - Graduation - Local knowledge of market areas where the target group is located - Good communication and presentation skills in vernacular, Hindi, and English - Internet savvy - Strong closing skills with a focus on results - 8-10+ years of experience in sales or marketing - Preferred industry background in Education, Banking, Financial services, Insurance, Media, Space selling, FMCG, Telecom, etc. - Age requirement: 30+ years In addition to the above, the job location is in Kolkata with a salary range of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month. The job type is full-time, and benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The schedule is day shift with performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses offered. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and language proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.
