Asst. Manager Sales

The Asst. Manager Sales is responsible for facilitating customers during project site visits, following up on sales leads, tele-calling, and explaining project features to prospective customers in order to achieve sales targets. The role involves executing pre and post-sales activities, implementing the ODPEC sales process, networking with customers, organizing brand promotion events, coordinating apartment handovers, collecting market competition data, maintaining customer documentation and sales MIS, ensuring zero defects in reports, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling residential projects in Jaipur, possess a graduate degree, and demonstrate knowledge of market research, strong communication, networking, influencing, and time management skills. The position is based at Ashiana Greens, Sikar Road, Jaipur, and reports to the Asst. General Manager Sales. The salary offered is up to Rs 3.20 lacs per annum.,
