Job Description

You will be responsible for partnering with various internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated manpower and timely hiring against vacancies, specifically in technical roles. You will critically evaluate external talent to ensure the right cultural fit and potential evaluation. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and deploying a competency framework for creating a future-ready workforce. Your role will also involve supporting talent development by focusing on organizational capability, individual needs, and core competence. You will design an appropriate Talent Acquisition strategy and identify efficient channels to attract top talent across industries. Furthermore, you will be responsible for organizing employee engagement activities such as Annual Day celebrations, Festival Celebrations, Birthday Celebrations, and other programs. To be successful in this position, you should have 5 to 8 years of core experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional with knowledge of using various job portals. You must demonstrate the ability to fill high-volume vacancies within the Turnaround Time (TAT), particularly in automotive greenfield projects. A proven track record in recruiting DETs, staff, and executives is essential, along with excellent people management skills and good analytical and convincing abilities. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires quick decision-making and be capable of creating a strong HR function with best-in-class HR practices. Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring special projects focused on strengthening employer brand, new joiner experience, and adopting digital/market best practices is highly desirable. Collaboration in a work environment that aligns with organizational objectives and hands-on experience in managing complex work environments using contemporary HR practices will be key to your success. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Automobile/Automotive field and should have maintained a minimum academic score of 60% throughout their education. A Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech./Science (preferred) and a Full-Time MBA in HR are required for this role.,
