Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gujarat for an Assistant Manager in Pharma Production & Manufacturing. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), coordinate with different departments, and maintain production schedules. The role involves monitoring and improving production processes, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring product quality meets specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance
• Experience in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing processes
• Excellent team management and coordination skills
• Proficiency in resource management and production scheduling
• Solid understanding of quality control and process improvement
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
