Role & responsibilities

• Process design of Assembly Lines for all New Models
• PFD, FMEA, 7OPL,WI's and Control Plan preparation for New Models
• Knowledge for New Testing setup development, Router/Soldering Fixtures concept
• Developed prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing process.
• Prepare Micro Development plans for all NPD project and co-ordinate with all stakeholders and ensure good quality product.
• Coordinate with management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.
• New line and machines Lay-out mapping with minimum Manpower
• Capacity Utilization of all station in Assembly line and Line balancing Activities
• Discuss with supplier for technical discuss of machine like ICT, Functional testing setup, Robotic and Router fixtures
• All machines breakdown attend like as ICT, Rauter, Robotic and FCT also PLC.
• Capable to manage production, operation capability to work closely with engineering and support function.
• Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
• Fully involvement during audits like as IATF, MACE &Customer Visits.
• Fully responsible for Designing Jigs & Fixture for backend assembly.
