Asst. Manager - Marketing and Communication

SGS India is looking to hire Assistant Manager - Marcom for a business line within SGS. Job Role - Develop and execute marketing plans for all SBUs and business line specific to support brand visibility, lead generation and business revenue. Plan, create and manage daily email marketing campaigns (aligned with SGS design and editorial guidelines) to engage existing customers and nurture potential leads. Provide content and campaigns for social media campaigns across active platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, facebook) to drive engagement and brand awareness. Optimize the SGS India business line website pages through SEO best practices, including content updates, metadata and keyword strategies, in coordination with India digital marketing team. Plan and manage Google Ads and digital campaigns, along with India digital marketing team to monitor performance of campaigns and ROI to ensure cost-effective outcomes. Oversee and manage the business line marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and regular performance tracking. Develop high-quality, brand aligned marketing communication materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters and event content in coordination with central marketing team. Conduct regular market research to maintain up-to-date knowledgebase of industry trends, customer behavior and competitor strategies. Coordinate and collaborate across cross-business and functional to ensure alignment on strategies and goals. Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders and industry associations for co-marketing or event opportunities. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports and provide insights for continuous improvement. Support the planning, promotion and execution of events, webinars and trade shows for business line, including post-event marketing follow-ups.
